These job scams drain budgets for schools and other public services. LeRoy describes common-sense reforms to end these abusive practices and make economic development really work.

Greg LeRoy is the founder and director of Good Jobs First, a national resource center promoting corporate and government accountability in economic development and smart growth for working families.
