On today's Carl in the Morning show on 620 KPOJ, OCPP communications director Juan Carlos Ordóñez discussed a national report showing that the rich stay put after tax increases (mp3). That national report debunked an Oregon corporate lobby-funded study released in 2009 as part of an effort to thwart legislation that ultimately became Measures 66 and 67.
